BEAGLE BAGEL POP-UP EVENT
August 25 - 27, 8am - 6pm
Out of love for the city of Montreal, one of its specialties, known and appreciated around the world, the iconic bagel is getting a brand new twist. For the very first time, a crew of local foodies have been brought together by Beagle Bagel to pack their plant-based bagels with five delicious vegan bagel-sandwich fillings - available to buy for one weekend only!
In a unique collaboration, this collection of creators behind quality, tasty, vegan and local ingredients, have been assembled by the new vegan bagel outfit to form a team of vegan superheroes (The A-vegan-gers?!). Combining their strengths to create this memorable food experience are: bumble bloom, Muscade, BY2048, Maynard, Tout cru! Atelier de fermentation, Tofu Tofu and Mi Corazon. After all, the more the merrier!
Usually made with eggs and honey, Beagle Bagel has created a vegan, egg-free bagel that uses bumble bloom organic and vegan honey. During the event, there will be five vegan big bagel-sandwiches to delight the taste buds; From the classic cream cheeze to the famous Montreal smoked-’’meat’’, to the traditional smoked faux-salmon.

Parce que nous aimons beaucoup trop notre belle ville, nous avons voulu lui rendre hommage en célébrant l’une de ses spécialités iconiques, connue et appréciée dans le monde entier : le traditionnel bagel montréalais. Pour la toute première fois, nous avons eu le goût de rassembler tous les foodies autour d’un événement unique en son genre. Notre équipe a revisité le fameux bagel montréalais afin de vous l’offrir dans une version 100% végétale et ultra gourmande. Habituellement composé d'œufs et de miel, nous avons pour l’occasion créé une version sans œuf et à base de m!el végétalien et biologique bumble bloom.
Nous avons allié nos forces avec nos amis(es) producteurs(trices) d’ingrédients de qualité, savoureux, végétaliens et locaux, un peu à l’image d’une équipe de super héros (tel des A-vegan-gers). Nous sommes heureux de vous les présenter : bumble bloom, Muscade, BY2048, Maynard, Tout cru! Atelier de fermentation, Tofu Tofu et Mi Corazon. Après tout, plus on est de fous, plus on s’amuse! Du classique fauxmage à la crème au fameux smoked-’’meat’’ montréalais, en passant par le traditionnel fauxmon fumé, le bagel sera décliné en cinq gros sandwichs-bagels différents pour le plus grand bonheur de vos papilles!
